Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:
- The download is damaged or corrupted and cannot be accessed or used.
- The download is not working as intended and cannot be fixed.
- Kontakt Lab customer support has failed to resolve your issue.
Please note that we may require additional information from you to process a refund. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the request.
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the following information:
- Your name and email address
- Order number
- A description of the issue you are experiencing
- Any additional information that may be relevant
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we determine that the issue is not related to the quality of the product or if the refund request is made outside of the specified timeframe.
